Dillard, Managing Director of The Dillard Anderson Group ("DAG") announced today the sale of Penkota Wireline Services of Williston, North Dakota to WEDGE Oil and Gas Services, Inc., a subsidiary of WEDGE Group Incorporated. Penkota provides wireline trucks, operators, logging engineers and specialized tools for logging, perforating and recovery of pipe from oil and gas wells. Penkota serves exploration and production companies that are active in the Williston Basin. WEDGE Group is a diversified private investment company, headquartered in Houston, Texas. The purchase price (not publicly disclosed) was comprised of cash and notes. Dillard stated, "We were pleased with the marketing success that assisted our clients, Mr. Mark Gjovig and Mr. Arlan Arnson, in achieving their goal of personal financial liquidity." Mark and Arlan will continue to run the Company. |
