Anderson, Managing Director of The Dillard Anderson Group (DAG)
announced the sale of the assets and business of Trail Blazer Hotshot,
Inc. of Elk City, Oklahoma to Stallion Oilfield Services, LTD, Houston.
Trail Blazer has, for over 20 years, been a leader in the
provision of surface rental equipment (fork lifts, generators, pumps,
trash trailers, water pipe systems) to its customers in Oklahoma and the
Texas Panhandle. Trail
Blazer was founded and has been managed by Mr. Carl Farni.
The value of the transaction was not publicly disclosed.
Max Dillard, Managing Director, commented "It was a pleasure to serve Carl as the exclusive advisor on the sale of his business. Carl and his wife Peggy have achieved their goal of financial liquidity, and the employees of the Company, including Carl, will continue with Stallion. |
