Director of The Dillard Anderson Group (DAG) announced the sale of GL
Trucking & Rental, Inc. of Williston, N.D. to Stallion Oilfield
Services, Inc., Houston. GL
has been a leading provider of integrated drilling support services for
the Williston Basin and surrounding areas for over 26 years.
The assets sold included over 100 rig housing units, rig hauling
trucks, loaders, and cranes. The
price was not publicly disclosed. This
sale was the fourth oilfield service transaction closed by DAG in 2005. Max Dillard, Managing
Director, commented, "We were pleased to act as the exclusive
advisors to Larry and Gerrie Lippert on the sale of their company.
It was a pleasure to assist the owners in achieving their
financial goals. Substantially
all GL employees have accepted employment with Stallion." |
