Press Release SOURCE: The Dillard Anderson Group Complete Energy Services, Inc. Acquires Salmon Drilling Company and G&S Drilling Fluids, Inc. Monday, February 23, 2004 Sam Anderson, Managing Director of The Dillard Anderson Group (DAG) announces the sale of Salmon Drilling Company and G&S Drilling Fluids, Inc., Jacksboro, Texas. Salmon provides contract drilling services and G&S provides mud logging services in the active Barnett Shale region of North Texas. Complete Energy Services, Inc. is a platform company of SCF Partners, Houston, Texas. The purchase price was comprised of cash, a note and stock in Complete. Anderson stated, "We were pleased that we could assist our client, Mr. Tracy Salmon, in achieving his goal of financial liquidity, plus retained equity ownership of a larger, more diverse enterprise. We were also happy that Mr. Salmon accepted a management position with Complete where he will oversee the entire drilling and mud logging operations of the Company." |
