Anderson, Managing Director of The Dillard Anderson Group (DAG)
announced the sale of Arkoma Machine & Fishing Tools, Inc. of Ft.
Smith, Arkansas, to Complete Production Services, Inc. of Houston, Texas
<NYSE:CPX>. Arkoma is
a leading fishing tool operator and specialty rental tool provider which
serves its customers in the Arkoma Basin.
The Company covers eastern Oklahoma out of its Wiberton facility,
and has recently initiated operations in the active Fayetteville Shale
play of central Arkansas. Arkoma's
operation is augmented by one of the premier oilfield machine shops in
the region. Max
Dillard, Managing Director of DAG commented "We were pleased to
serve as exclusive financial advisor to Mr. Mike Bearden, owner of
Arkoma. Mr. Bearden has
agreed to continue as regional general manager for Complete and
substantially all Arkoma employees have agreed to stay". The purchase price, which was not publicly disclosed, was paid in cash. _____________________________ The
