Forum Oilfield Technologies, Inc. acquires Advance Manufacturing Technology, Inc.

Max M. Dillard, Managing Director of the Dillard Anderson Group (DAG) announced the acquisition of Advance Manufacturing Technology, Inc. (AMT) by Forum Oilfield Technologies, Inc.  AMT is a leading manufacturer of proprietary products including wireline blowout preventers, lubricators and grease injection units, which are used in conjunction with workover or wireline operations.  AMT is headquartered in Lake Charles, LA, and was owned by Bob and David Tadlock.  Forum Oilfield Technologies is a platform investment of SCF Partners, Houston.

Sam Anderson, Managing Director of DAG commented, "It was a pleasure to serve as the exclusive advisors to Bob and David Tadlock on the sale of AMT.  We were happy to assist the Tadlocks in achieving their financial goals.  In addition, we are excited about the future of AMT under Forum's ownership."  AMT's general manager, Mr. Brian Leeth and virtually all the AMT employees will continue with the Company.
