Dental Health Products, Inc, Acquires Southwest Medical & Dental, Inc.
Stuart Hayashi, Managing Director of The Dillard Anderson Group (“DAG”), announced the sale of Southwest Medical & Dental, Inc. (“SWMD”) to Dental Health Products, Inc. (“DHPI”).
DHPI is one of the nation’s largest and leading dental supply, equipment, and practice solutions distributors. DHPI is privately held and is based out of New Franklin, Wisconsin.
SWMD is based in Dallas, Texas and is a leading equipment supplier and office designer to the general dentistry market in the region and the oral surgery market nationally.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. DAG served as exclusive agent to SWMD and its owners, Mr. Scott Perry and Mr. Henry Krybus.
