We are different because our partners, Max Dillard and Sam Anderson, have each had extensive successful careers in the oilfield.  We speak oilfield. We are different from major or "boutique" investment banks due to our industry specialty. We focus strictly on merger and acquisition activity. We do not do restructurings, start ups, capital raising or public offerings. We do not employ junior personnel. Each engagement is executed by Max Dillard and Sam Anderson.
