MAX M. DILLARD - Managing Director
Max Dillard, a partner and founder of The Dillard Anderson Group, began his oilfield career as a crewman on a drilling rig. After college, his career progressed as a drilling engineer, superintendent, operations manager, vice president and president of domestic onshore and offshore drilling companies. In 1978, he founded and became C.E.O. of D.I. Industries (now Grey Wolf, Inc.) which grew to become one of the largest publicly traded drilling companies in the United States. This growth was accomplished through internal expansion, and significant acquisition activity. Since 1996, Mr. Dillard has served as managing director of The Dillard Anderson Group. Mr. Dillard is a Registered Professional Engineer, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas.

SAM R. ANDERSON - Managing Director
Sam Anderson became a partner in The Dillard Anderson Group in 1997. Prior to that time, he was President and owner of Sharewell, Inc., a directional drilling service company. Mr. Anderson managed the successful sale of this company in 1995. Prior to joining Sharewell, he spent 17 years in the oil and gas drilling industry as Senior Vice President, sales, and marketing, of Noble Drilling International, Inc., Executive Vice President of Bawden Drilling, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer of Progress Drilling & Marine, Inc. Prior to his entry into the oilfield, he spent five years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), an international CPA firm. Since 1997, Mr. Anderson has served as managing director of The Dillard Anderson Group. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of 
Business Administration degree from The University of Texas.
